Can you manage the entire project for me?

Absolutely. Whether the job is large or small, we provide full project management. We work with a trusted team of skilled tradespeople to ensure every aspect of your project is handled with expertise from start to finish. See our Project Management page for more information.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes, we do. We'd meet with you to understand the scope of work and provide a quote.


During Your Project

How long does a renovation typically take?

There is no set timeframe for a renovation as it depends entirely on the scope of work. We can always discuss timeframes with you once we understand the scope of your project.

Will I be kept updated throughout the project?

You sure will! We pride ourselves on keeping our customers informed as a job progresses.

What happens if unexpected issues come up during the work?

If an issue arises, we will meet with you to discuss and determine next steps. We do not do surprise costs — if there is a situation where a variation is needed, it will always be quoted first.


Insurance & Guarantees

Are you insured?

Yes, we have $10 million public liability insurance.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

We stand behind the quality of everything we do. If something isn't right after the job is complete, get in touch and we'll sort it out. We'd rather fix an issue than leave a client unhappy.


Out-of-Town Clients

I live outside Whanganui — can you still help?

Yes, we work with a lot of out-of-town clients. We'd be happy to have a phone or video call to discuss your project. We can visit the property on your behalf, check out the scope of works, and provide a comprehensive email report with our findings and recommendations. We can video call while at the property, and once the job is underway we'll keep you up to date with photos and videos throughout.
